The building is fitted with solar LED lighting and 6 transparent panels for daytime light.. A kitchenette featuring microwave, fridge are available for a weekend stopover. The township of Rylstone is a tourist town featuring coffee shops, bakery, restaurant and a full range of accommodation. This is a true weekend lifestyle for the recreational flyer not just a parking bay for their aircraft in some of the best local flying in Australia.
Chemical and water based fire fighting equipment is provided.
Fuel storage is not permitted.
Each bay will suit up to a Jabaru J230 or any sports aircraft of a similar size. Access is through the rear door using an electronic pin code. Each tenant is provided with a lockable steel cabinet to store private items related to their aircraft's operation. Larger aircraft like a Cessna 172 would be also welcomeInspection by arrangement on either Sunday or Monday of the week.

[1] The tenant is bound by current and future conditions of the Rylstone Air Park Community Document during the period of rental.
[2] The tenant at the time of signing the agreement must pay the applicable rent to synchronize with the payment schedule in clause 3.
[3] The tenant must have the agreed months rent paid in full no later that the first calendar week of that month.
[4] The tenant or agent are fully responsible for repair or reimbursement for damage to the hangar or other aircraft[s] in the hangar as a result of their or their agent[s] actions. The hangar owners accept NO responsibility for any damage what so ever by any tenant[s] or agent[s]. [5] The tenant[s] or agent[s] are not permitted to refuel aircraft within the hangar interior . Fueling can only be undertaken on the hangar apron
[6] Water is available for washing using a pressure washer or bucket. Use of a running hose is not permitted as only a limited amount of water is available for tenant usage. A second 5000 liter is reserved for use for fire fighting and is not available for any other use.
[7] The tenant is provided with a lockable cabinet for the storage of items required for the support of their aircraft's operation. Items not stored in the locker cannot kept in the hangar unless required for the immediate maintenance of the aircraft.
[8] The tenant is solely responsible for keeping the their allocated area clean. Disposal of waste fluids on site is not permitted
[9] The owner agrees to maintain the hanger is good condition subject to normal ware and tear and in compliance with the Rylstone Air Park Community Document.
[10] The owner agrees to provide a kitchenette for common usage which is equipped with a microwave, induction element and kettle.
A water based fire system is provided along with a 2kg dry chemical extinguisher.
Each tenant is provided with a unique pin code for access and this should not be given to third parties not associated with the tenant to maintain security.
Access to the airdrome is via a locked gate with a unique 4 digit code. The gate must be kept closed and locked after entry.
Tenants may stay overnight on a casual basis but the hangar cannot be used as living premises. All sleeping materials must be packed away during daylight hours not to obstruct other users.
The site is fitted with a 600 watt solar system for lighting at night and all power tools are to be battery driven.
